CASTA WINE VINEGAR

Vinegar is produced by acetic bacteria – mycoderma aceti – which feed on the alcohol in wine and transform it into acetic acid. This explains its characteristic acidity. Casta vinegar comes from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wines and has been aged in French Oak barrels, to add to its smooth taste and complexity.

Tasting Comments:

Cabernet Sauvignon Vinegar, is a traditional high concentration wine vinegar, with great aromas and an intense flavor. With 5% acetic acidity, it can be used as a dressing or in various dishes.
